So many software choices...

I have been spending a fair amount of time over the last few months getting things in place for opening my practice this coming summer. One item that I have spent a lot of time on is EHR, but I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere! I know I want to be paperless, but I don't plan on taking insurance...just want to provide the documents for the patients to be able to claim. The front runner of the ones I've looked into is Future Health, as the software is amazing, but the $11,000 price tag is tough to swallow when just starting out. I'm also interested in TPS (Eon Systems) but haven't gotten pricing yet. Does anyone have suggestions? I don't want to go cheap and have to relearn a new system once my office is busy (please let me be busy...).
